Add CI for Windows and MacOS

@liam.keegan recently set up CI builds for Windows and MacOS in a separate GitHub repository. Now the idea is to integrate them in directly on this repository.

The two new CI environments seem OK since there is no good alternative in the GitLab CI. Now, since Travis is only integrated with GitHub we will use a mirror repository in GitHub and integrate the two new CIs from there.
