Deprecate DUNE_DEPRECATE and _MSG

Christoph Grüninger requested to merge feature/use-c++14-deprecate into master

There is no deprecation warning if the macro is used. But it is easy to spot by a simple git grep. Thus, I don't see the need for any complicated magic to annoy … warn our users.
