Parallel GmshReader

Using parallel GmshReader results in simulating a problem multiple times.

It looks like the parser needs to be wrapped with, for example, something like this: // create parse object if (MPIHelper::getCollectiveCommunication().rank() == 0) { // create parse object GmshReaderParser<Grid> parser(factory,verbose,insertBoundarySegments); parser.read(fileName); } and similarly for the rest of the file. The above fix appears to fix the issue.
