pamgtest fails in parallel

Please look at #91481.

The construction of the AMG fails due to some cause in the UMFPackSolver when executed on multiple ranks.

This failure is currently not detected by the CI, since the corresponding test is not executed in parallel. See !286 (closed) for a fix of the CI.
