Summary

Update the installation instructions, add compiler and CMake required version and add some more details about how to provide the requirements for some older Linux distributions

Details

Two paragraphs are added: 1. information about how to install DUNE in HPC environemnts, e.g. using Spack, EasyBuild or installing it on BluGene-P (Note: this last instructions are very outdated and should be updated or deleted). 2. an FAQ answering questions not addressed in the paragraphs before, e.g. how to install a new compiler/cmake verison, how to specify paths where the dune modules can be found.

Some other installation notes, like those of the external packages should be updated as well
