PDELab master is broken

At the moment PDELab master does not work anymore with core@master. The problem was introduced with commit core/dune-grid@57041a5b

I have not yet looked into it so I don't know if it is a pdelab issue or a dune-grid issue. I just think it makes sense to start writing things down as early as possible.
