Make fuzzy compare robust w.r.t to the ordering of elements

The current implementation of fuzzy compare depends on the ordering of the elements in the grid description of the vtu file, which itself depends on implementation details of the dune grid. In order to reduce the number of reference solution one needs to generate/make available/etc. it would be nice to have a fuzzy compare that compares by position in the domain, not by position in the data set.
