shebang limit breaks dune_extract_static.py

Dear all, I am using dune-testtools in a nearly-2.5 version and the 2.5 release of the old dune-python.

I am not sure if this is the right place to report this issue: I misplaced the issue in the new dune-python module, but it could be dune-testtools related.
