Convergencetests for systems

@arne.strehlow is currently implementing convergence tests for a Navier Stokes discretization with a Taylor Hood element. This involves of course per-component rates. The current test wrapper cannot handle this, but I think we should support it. One way of doing so would be to allow lists on the relevant keys. Thoughts, @tkoch ?
