Versions support in the dune package

The current prototype hardcodes the 2.7 release of Dune. It should however, in the future be able to cope with all Dune releases. The open question here is how the forwarding of version requirements can be implemented in the spack package without resorting to combinatoric dependency fixing. Any ideas on this are welcome.
