Extract LeafPreBasisMapperMixIn from test

Carsten Gräser requested to merge feature/prebasis-mapper-mixin into master

This class is now available to other PreBasis implementations. The name is debateable, but since it's in Dune::Functions::Impl:: it can easily be changed. That's also the reason, why the addition does not deserve a changelog entry.
