Fix boundary constraints

Santiago Ospina De Los Ríos requested to merge bugfix/fix-github-actions into master

The boundary constrain in poisson test was not being taken because it was missing the boundary sub-section. This commit also updates the boundary and skeleton keywords in the parsers correctly.
