Read and write configuration options from JSON file

Santiago Ospina De Los Ríos requested to merge feature/io-of-config-options-from-json-file into master

This MR gather all the documented options into a single JSON file. The idea is that it makes things easier to maintain the documentation in both the executable as well as in the website. Additionally, this MR renders the configuration options in docusaurus automatically with the same JSON file.
