[bugfix] Use another header for the dune-grid autotools check

Steffen Müthing requested to merge bugfix/libcheck-autotools into releases/2.4

In the previous version no symbols where added into the lib and a lib check was not performed. This causes downstream modules to not find the dune-grid lib.

This should be merged into the releases/2.4 branch. Maybe cherry-pick it into the master.
