Add methods Geometry::jacobian and Geometry::jacobianInverse to the Python interface

They were added to the C++ interface in dune-grid 2.9, but forgotten to be added to the Python interface back then.

This merge request intentionally omits to mention the new methods in CHANGELOG.md, because I intend to backport it to the 2.9-branch anyway.
