[WIP] New structure + some new content

Dominic Kempf requested to merge feature/new-structure into master

Restructure the repository to be compliant with #10

Also adds the first draft of the SlurmLatentBuildSlave, which will be WIP even after merging to master.

TODOs:

  • Rename all subdirs correctly
  • Setup a create_master scripts
  • remove the master.cfgs in favor of ini condigured templates

This fixes #10
