Offer two signatures for the dune_add_system_test macros.

Offer two signatures for the dune_add_system_test macros. One for dynamic variations, one for staticanddynamic variations. Renames the TARGETS argument we had in there before to the more explanatory CREATED_TARGETS to avoid confusions.

This fixes #65 (closed).
