[WIP] Feature/virtualenv

Dominic Kempf requested to merge feature/virtualenv into master

Right now it stands as a proof of concept. It definitely needs some more polishing.

Open problems:

  • Install with -e (equivalent of develop) does need too much permissions, so no retriggering of installation is done til now
  • Downstream projects do not work right now, need to investigate
