Feature/binary vtk fuzzy compare

• Fixes #108 (closed) for base64 encoded binary data.
• Parser does not implement the VTK appendedraw format yet (-> #120). Thanks to Dion Häfner for the contribution.
• Comparing appendraw format will trigger an error message
