bug fix: volume constraint

bug fix: volume constraint did only constrain codim 0 DOFs, now all DOFs of a volume element are constrained

Volume constraint did only constrain DOFs associated with element DOFS of co-dimension 0. Constraining an element should constrain all DOFs associated with the element.
