Implement the according milestone. TODO list:

Only look for one interpreter, which maybe from an env
Write wheelhouse upon installation
Implement dune_execute_process with error checking
Introduce make pyinstall
Adjust all documentation pieces

This fixes #23 (closed), #22 (closed), #18 (closed), #8 (closed), #15 (closed), #21 (closed).
